How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, email us at thesymmetrymethod@gmail.com with a valid reason for the refund and we will help arrange it.

Timing

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually take a few business days to show the credit. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your order.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the guide ends and your download link stops working. Please delete any copy you have saved.
