Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your purchase and use of The Symmetry Method, a downloadable PDF guide about facial balance, grooming routines and photography. The guide is sold by Sohaib Kausari (“we”, “us”), trading as The Symmetry Method. By buying or using the guide you agree to these terms.

The product

You are buying a one-time digital download: a 9-page PDF containing AM and PM routines, five habit chapters, styling and photography guidance, a 30-day tracker and a quick reference page. There is no subscription, no physical shipment and no coaching or personal consultation included.

Your licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the guide for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share the file publicly, or create derivative products from it. All intellectual property in the guide, including its text, illustrations and branding, remains ours.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site or the guide to:

• break any applicable law, or commit fraud or payment abuse;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
• interfere with the site's security — no malware, probing, scraping or circumventing access controls;
• share your download link so that others can obtain the guide without paying.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and the information you give at checkout must be accurate.

No medical or professional advice

The guide is for general grooming and self-care purposes only. It does not diagnose or treat any medical, dental or orthodontic condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Results vary between people, and nothing in the guide is a promise of a particular outcome. Any decisions you make about your health or appearance are your own responsibility.

Availability

We aim to keep this site and your download link available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If a download link fails, contact us and we will send you the file.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is set out in our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if a payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if your use creates a security risk. Your licence ends at that point, though any copy you already downloaded remains subject to these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, and disputes will be heard by the courts there. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.
